This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Hey Lalo subscriptions.
No Refunds
All payments made to Hey Lalo are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, partial months, unused time, or early cancellations.
If you cancel after a billing cycle has started, you will not receive a refund for that billing period.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties.
However:
If you cancel after a payment has been processed, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period
No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the billing cycle
For example, if you pay for the month and cancel on day 2, your service will remain active for the rest of the month, but no refund will be provided.
